Emmanouil Kampitakis is going to defend his Phd thesis titled “Decentralized Approaches to Perimeter Control in Urban Road Networks Using Artificial Intelligence Methods” on Tuesday December 16th 2025 at 9:30 at the Railways Amphitheatre of the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering of the School of Civil Engineering of NTUA and online.

This PhD thesis was carried out at the Department of Transportation Planning and Engineering at the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens under the supervision of  Professor E. Vlahogianni.
