We are proud to share that our colleague Manos has successfully defended his PhD entitled:
“Decentralized Approaches to Perimeter Control in Urban Road Networks Using Artificial Intelligence Methods.”
His doctoral research proposed innovative, RL-based decentralized strategies for perimeter control in urban road networks, advancing the state of the art in intelligent transportation systems and AI-driven traffic management. By leveraging artificial intelligence, his work contributes to more efficient, scalable, and resilient traffic control.
Manos has been a highly valued member of our team, and his achievement reflects both his dedication and the DSAIT goal for high-quality research. We warmly congratulate him on this important milestone and look forward to seeing his future scientific contributions.
